A grandiose and sumptuous show that tells the tale of a symbolic epic.

Petr Forman sets off on new adventures, inspired by the work of the Persian mystic Farid al-Din Attar (1145-1221). This allegorical story features a community of birds who set out to find their king and restore peace and tranquillity to the world. Designed to evoke the quest for self, the show develops its own language based on the power of images and atmosphere. The ever-changing space reinforces the fusion between stage and audience. In addition to the astonishing costumes, puppets and masks, the grandiose and original set design incorporates magnificent large-format projections.

The excellent actors and dancers from many different countries help to create a multiple image of this community of birds so reminiscent of the human world. Petr Forman (son of Milos Forman) presents an exceptional theatrical adventure!
