This estate is located in Buxy, in the Montagny AOC, at the southern gateway to the Côte Chalonnaise. Originally located in medieval prisons with picturesque and narrow cellars, the estate moved in 2018 to the Château de Buxy, right in the center of the town, allowing for the creation of a tasting cellar and ensuring the necessary facilities to develop the business.
