Situated on the banks of the Guye, a tributary of the Grosne that rises in Sainte-Hélène, this washhouse is rectangular and enclosed. It has a long-sloped roof covered in flat tiles. The basin is also rectangular. It is listed in the General Inventory of Cultural Heritage.
The washhouse was built in 1856 and it was decided 5 years later to cover it.
