With this in mind, we have decided to pair it with a different location each month, for a 360° tasting experience! What makes this project unique is that the venue remains a secret right up until the day of the event, when participants will receive GPS coordinates to guide them to the site.
The mystery therefore remains intact; the only certainty is that the venues are carefully selected (within a maximum radius of 30 km around Buxy) and that the tasting will centre on pairings of venue, food and wine…
