Right in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, this location offers magnificent walks right in the middle of the vineyards, and the greenway (Grande boucle de Bourgogne du Sud, 145km) just 1km from La Grange Saint Pierre makes for great family outings. For lovers of old stone, there is a circuit to discover the charming Romanesque churches. For wine lovers, Rosey is a renowned wine-growing village where the various Domaines will welcome you.
The house is located 15 minutes from the historic town of Chalon-sur-Saône, 30 minutes from Beaune and 50 minutes from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy. The village is served by numerous buses. The TGV station is 20 minutes away, making it possible to reach Paris in 1 hour 40 minutes and Lyon in 40 minutes.
The house is set in an enclosed courtyard with garden and seating area. A veranda houses a small rattan lounge where you can enjoy the gentle Burgundy climate. A large living room with sitting area, TV and sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, Nespresso, etc.). For those wishing to work from home, there is a dedicated workspace in the house.
