Escarg'Holala

Come and see us in Savianges! We'll be delighted to show you around the farm (by appointment during the summer), so that when you taste your snails, you'll have all the information you need to appreciate the final quality, understanding every stage of our work, from rearing tiny baby snails to carefully preparing your favourite recipes.

Escarg'Holala is - from its creation in 2015 - a family agreement, a shared passion for doing everything possible and the chance to work with Mother Nature in all modesty, a wonderful adventure made up of encounters, sharing and adaptations. Finding a balance between what we can achieve technically, the expectations of our customers and our desire to invest ourselves humanly in sustainable work rooted in Savianges, our beautiful little village!

Visits to the park are free of charge and must be booked in advance. Tastings are subject to a charge and must also be booked in advance.
