At La Dolce Vita we place great emphasis on craftsmanship. We don't use a kneading machine or a laminator. We work with fresh mozzarella. The pizzas are baked directly on the stone at 350°.
Our pizza dough is made by hand using olive oil. The pizzas are shaped by hand. The tomato sauce is homemade and all the ingredients are fresh.
