Welcome to the South Côte Chalonnaise by bicycle !

Make your way through the countryside, by bicycle, on rollerblades, in a wheelchair or simply on foot, on a safe route, away from car traffic... Alone, with family, with friends... the Voie Verte allows you to travel in complete peace. Without difficulty and exclusively reserved for all non-motorized traffic, the way is a smooth asphalt surface along a former railroad route.

The voie verte crossing the South Côte Chalonnaise was the first voie verte in France. It began in Saône-et-Loire, between Cluny and Givry. Since then, the department has developed a network of nearly 350 km of voies vertes that allow you to discover the nature and heritage of Saône-et-Loire.

The voie verte of the South Chalonnaise Coast is part of a 145km loop linking the Maconnais to the Chalonnaise Coast. See the route on the circuit page.
